Community Pet Food Pantry

The Pet Food Pantry at the Humane Society for Inland Mendocino County (HSIMC) is a community-supported program that provides free pet food and basic supplies to families facing temporary financial hardship. Our goal is simple but powerful: to keep pets with the people who love them and prevent unnecessary surrender due to lack of resources.
With the help of a newly donated and soon-to-be-refurbished shipping container from Sparetime Supply, the pantry will serve as a permanent hub for collecting, storing, and distributing supplies. The program is fueled entirely by donations from individuals, businesses, and rescue partners like Sonoma Humane Society.
Whether it’s a bag of kibble, a leash, or a litter box, every item we provide helps a family stay together. Because no one should have to choose between feeding their pet or feeding themselves.
